already feeling that my allergies are kicking in while i was in the car so I decided to do this 😂 Peppermint EO to the rescue!!!

My allergic rhinitis has been acting up everynow and then due to the change of weather, dust and dog fur!! (I have 4 chihuahuas 😂)

Then a friend told me to try using Young Living Essential oils. The 1st time I got my Starter Kit, I was sooo excited to try the blend of LLPFC ( Lavender, Lemon, Peppermint, Frankincense and Copaiba) cause I heard a lot of good stories about how it helped people with their allergies. I was amazed cause after a few minutes of diffusing I can breath freely already!! No more sniffles, runny nose and itchy eyes! So everytime i can feel that my allergies are acting up again, i'll just diffuse my essential oils.
