A Small Walk, A Big Milestone

Today was a very meaningful morning for me.

For almost two years, I could not go for my usual morning walks because of my psoriasis condition and the painful cracking of the skin under both my feet. At one stage, even simple walking had become difficult.

This morning, I returned to the same walking path I used to take earlier — about 30 minutes — and came back home without any major discomfort.

For many people, this may look like an ordinary walk.

For me, it felt like a breakthrough.

A few months ago, I had shared my testimonial video here. This is a humble progress update to that journey.

Over the past 12 months, with patience, discipline, faith, and the support of FOL — Fountain of Life, I have seen steady improvement. My feet are gradually able to cope again, and it feels good to be back on the walking track.

I have also shared the before and after photos of my sole condition to show the progress in this journey.

I am sharing this only as my personal experience and with gratitude. Every person’s journey is different, but today reminded me that healing and progress often show themselves in very simple moments.

Grateful to FOL Divine and to the journey that supported me through this phase.
