Dear Epic Team,

Due to Super Typhoon that will pass through Luzon, we are expected to experience strong winds and heavy rainfall. It is expected that early mornings of September 27,2022 will no longer be within the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).

In line with this, for September 26,2022 shift, those who are working in the office can work from home. For those working at home, status quo but please ensure to prepare your backup internet and electricity equipment should there be any instances of power and internet outages in your area.

This position will support the Marketing Department of Epic Healthcare Staffing by systematically collecting and analyzing data across multiple marketing channels and processes, extracting from appropriate platforms, and organizing into comprehensible reporting formats.

We are looking for experienced data analyst who enjoys data extraction, manipulation, and dashboard preparation and prefers to work on a team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Extract data from multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms and export into reporting tools

· Use data to produce monthly marketing dashboard to track and report Lead source performance and ROI

· Develop and implement new dashboards to monitor and track business KPI’s

· Extract Data from ATS for use in marketing programs, such as emails, text blasts, mailings and other campaigns.

Skills & Experience:

· 2+ years of experience in data analyst/collection role, manipulating voluminous data set and using Microsoft Excel as primary tool.

IT support staff (also known as helpdesk analysts or technical support analysts) provide technical support and advice to IT users.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates IT requests for onboarding and offboarding to facilitate account requests to US counterparts via call and email.
• Assists in Checking/Updating of IT inventory.
• Handles setting up computer equipment and accounts for new onboarded employee / lateral transfers.
o Creation of Active directory account and adding the user to the respective group as well
o Mapping network drives to user account
o Installation of Standard Applications and Programs
o Installation of MS Office and configuration of email account to Outlook.
o Adding user’s email to Network printer for Scanning purposes.
o Coordination for logistics for laptop transfer/delivery

• Trains newly hired employees for IT-related onboarding matters.
• Monitors of computer networks and systems and may need to coordinate internet/network issues to ISP/vendor as needed
• Helps manage the IT ticketing system to track all computer, network, and other IT-related issues
• Analyses reported issues in order to discover any underlying issues or trends.
• Handles diagnostics and resolutions on hardware or software faults.
• Assists in software and hardware upgrades.
• Adds or updates workstations for office staff.
• Responds to callouts in a timely fashion.
• Provides technical assistance to office staff related to day-to-day IT concerns.
• Performs routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.
