1. New bottles will be made with 25% post-consumer recycled material
2. Bottles will be smaller to reduce the amount of plastic used
3. Instructions on the label will help you recycle the plastic properly
To ensure nothing goes to waste, worldwide label updates will be made in a sustainable, environmentally friendly way, based on current label and bottle runout dates.

There is a BIG difference between eating healthy and starving yourself. You really don't have to just eat "lettuce and chicken"😧unexciting foods and constantly think you have to eat very little every day to get “skinny." So whats the big problem with this pattern of eating?

🔘You’ll feel tired and lethargic 😴
🔘You’ll feel weak.
🔘You’ll feel constantly hungry (and more likely to reach for those donuts later)🌝
🔘Skin and hair problems
🔘Constipation and digestive issues😯
🔘No variety. Different colors = different nutrients! no one food as all the ingredients we need so you MUST eat a VARIETY of nutrient dense foods! 🌈

Done with my morning Cardio work out challenge for 21days!😄 and it's my today! 😃sorry I haven't posted my day ✌ yesterday hehe
What I did earlier is:
5rounds for 200m(100m speed run, 100m jog then walk)
hard core work out:(2sets)
10 push ups
20 jumping jacks
10 burpees
30seconds slow and steady pace walk(hydrate)
20 Lying Floor knee Raise
10 jumpsquats
20 mountain climbers
30seconds slow and steady pace walk(hydrate)
Cool down Stretching and done!💪
Then post work-out meal after 30mins😋
