You can easily make this Chorizo Wrap at home anytime.
Ingredients:
Spanish Chorizo
Cabbage
Onion
Celery (optional)
Tomatoes
Mozarella Cheese
Thousand Island Dressing
Instructions:
1. Mix all the vegetables.
2. Cook the Spanish chorizo.
3. Heat the wrap, then layer the toppings: dressing, cheese, vegetables, and Spanish chorizo.
4. Wrap one side and add more dressing.
5. Serve and enjoy.

DIN TAI FUNG-inspired Shrimp Fried Rice 🦐🍚
Ingredients:
Rice
Shrimp
Garlic
Green Onion
Eggs (3 pcs.)
Liquid Seasoning
Magic Sarap
Instructions:
1. In a pan, fry the shrimp, then set aside.
2. In the same pan, add cooking oil and cook the eggs. Then add the rice.
3. Add the following: grated garlic, sliced green onions, liquid seasoning, and a little bit of Magic Sarap.
4. In a bowl, place the shrimp at the bottom, then add and flatten the rice. Transfer to a plate upside down.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Spanish-Style Boneless Bangus - No Pressure Cooker
Ingredients:
Boneless Bangus 1kg.
Olive Oil
Green Olives
Red Chillies
Carrots
Laurel leaves
Garlic
Whole peppercorns
Salt
Vinegar
Brown Sugar
Paprika
Oyster Sauce
Pickles
Instructions:
1. Season the sliced boneless bangus with salt and pepper, then fry each side. Set aside.
2. Prepare the ingredients for layering: sliced carrots, laurel leaves, garlic, whole peppercorns, salt, and vinegar.
3. Lay the fried bangus, then add paprika, oyster sauce, olives, and pickles. Add olive oil, cooking oil, and 1 cup of water.
4. Cook until the water has evaporated.
5. Serve with rice and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Ground Pork - 1/2 kg.
Onion, finely chopped or minced
Garlic, minced
Ginger, grated
Green Onion, choppped
Soy sauce 2tbsp.
Sesame oil 1tbsp.
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Wonton/Siomai wrapper
Calamansi/Lemon
Rice Vinegar
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the ground pork, onion, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the mixture becomes sticky.
2. In a heatproof dish, spread a thin layer of the meat mixture. Top with a layer of dumpling wrappers. Repeat the layers until all the meat mixture is used, finishing with meat on top.
3. In a large pan, pour in enough water to create steam. Place the dish in the pan and steam over medium heat for 25–30 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked.
4. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil. Pour generously over the dumpling lasagna, then add calamansi or lemon juice to balance the salty flavor.
6. Finish with extra chili oil and chopped green onions.
7. Serve and enjoy!
