I started this series because it was only 8 episodes long, each episode was between 30 and 40 minutes, and I was in the mood for some horror. Well, it delivered on the horror, but it was much more than gratuitous jump scares and goriness. This story was well written and well acted. I was pleasantly surprised by how engaging the series was. I'm a little squeamish about blood so I had to cover the screen a few times, but I still enjoyed it. If you enjoy supernatural horror series with some Korean mysticism, and a good story, If Wishes Could Kill is a great choice!
