Hi All, I am Ian and have recently been introduced to IAM Worldwide and their products.
Firstly, a little about myself. I am Scottish and in my mid 50’s. I live and work in New Zealand.
Back in 2006 I had a serious accident when I broke my neck and as a result am a C6/7 incomplete tetraplegic with Brown-Sequard Syndrome. Today my condition is stable with me being able to walk short distances with the aid of a walking stick. To maintain everything for me, I take specific medication to control neuropathic pain and spasm, supplemented with deep tissue massage for circulation and acupuncture.

I have to admit that my reluctance to start taking the Barley was due to the smell. Anyway, just over two weeks ago I started taking both when I get up first thing in the morning. I have my drink on an empty stomach and then get ready for the day before having my breakfast 30 to 40 minutes later.
Breakfast is sultana bran, with added dried fruit, yogurt and milk together with coffee. The good breakfast sets me up for the day. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day, do not have lunch as I am not as active as I used to be and have a light dinner.
So, what has changed, in each of the first 2 weeks I have lost 2kg in weight and am feeling all the better for it. In addition, I had a regular check up with my doctor yesterday. As he took my blood pressure, he said “Wow” and clarified this by saying my blood pressure was the best he had seen for some considerable time for all his patients.
I know this is early days in taking these products, but the results I am already getting are real and I can definitely measure.
