CONGRATULATIONS, ANDREI aka YORME! ā¤ļøšš»
They said it would be hard⦠and they were right.
But what they didnāt tell us is how beautiful this journey would be. š¤
Every meltdown we survived, every sleepless night, every small progress that others might not noticeāwe felt it, we celebrated it, we fought for it.
Today, we donāt just see a graduateā¦
We see courage.
We see years of patience.
We see prayers that never stopped.
And we are deeply gratefulābecause along this journey, embracing a Holistic Approach/Immunotherapy became a turning point for us.
It wasnāt easy, and it wasnāt instant⦠but it became a big part of our childās progress, healing, and breakthroughs. š
To my childāyou are not defined by your struggles. You are defined by your strength. And you have shown us what true bravery looks like. šāØ
To my fellow Ausome parentsā
I know itās exhausting. I know there are days you question everything.
But please⦠donāt stop fighting.
Explore, learn, stay openābecause sometimes, the answers come in ways we never expected.
One day, you will look back and realizeā
Every tear, every sacrifice, every moment you chose to stay strongā¦
It all led to something this beautiful.
Our journey may be different, but it is never less.
Keep going. Keep believing. Our children are worth every single step. š

DID YOU KNOW?!
Developmental Delays: A Different Way of Being, But Also a Call to Understand the Whole Child
For : Neurodivergent, Autism, ADHD, GDD and Undiagnosed Kids
For years, weāve been hearing a crucial truth:
It is not a disease.
It is not a result of bad parenting, nor is it something that must be āfixed.ā
It is a different way of wiring the brain, a unique lens through which a child experiences the world.
And I want to be clear, I do not disagree with this foundational idea.
But as a parent or caregiver, itās essential to recognize that even though autism is not a disease, many children with autism do experience biological imbalances that impact their development.
Emerging research is shedding light on these biological factorsāthings like Immune dysregulation, gut microbiome imbalance, chronic inflammation, and impaired detoxification pathways.
Studies have found that some children on the spectrum have elevated inflammation markers, differences in detox pathways, or imbalances in gut bacteria that affect mood, behavior, and focus. This isnāt about labeling a child as ābrokenā or needing a cure.
It is about expanding our understandingāabout being open to a more holistic view of autism.
Yes, we embrace our children as they are, but we also have to ask: are there underlying biological factors we can address to help them thrive even more?
This is not a call to panic, nor is it a dismissal of the acceptance movement. It is a call to balance. Let us celebrate neurodiversity, while also staying curious and informed about how our childrenās biology might be contributing to their challenges. By staying open, we give them not just acceptance but a chance at a fuller, brighter future

Learning & TIPS fr Yorme :
Playing with LEGO (or similar building blocks) can be very helpful for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It supports development in a fun, structured, and calming way.
Here are the key benefits:
1. Improves Fine Motor Skills
Connecting and pulling apart LEGO pieces strengthens small hand muscles and improves finger control, which helps with:
⢠Writing
⢠Buttoning clothes
⢠Using utensils
2. Encourages Focus and Attention
Many kids with ASD enjoy structured activities. LEGO building:
⢠Encourages longer attention span
⢠Helps practice completing tasks
⢠Builds patience
3. Develops Problem-Solving Skills
Figuring out how pieces fit together teaches:
⢠Logical thinking
⢠Planning
⢠Trial and error learning
4. Supports Social Skills (When Played Together)
When done with siblings, parents, or in groups:
⢠Encourages turn-taking
⢠Builds communication
⢠Teaches teamwork
Some therapists even use LEGO-based therapy for social interaction.
5. Boosts Creativity and Imagination
Kids can:
⢠Build their own designs
⢠Create stories
⢠Express ideas without needing many words
6. Helps with Routine and Structure
Following instructions step-by-step can help ASD kids:
⢠Feel more secure
⢠Learn sequencing
⢠Improve organization skills
7. Calming and Regulating
Many children find LEGO play relaxing. It can:
⢠Reduce anxiety
⢠Help with self-regulation
⢠Provide quiet independent play
8. Builds Confidence
Completing a build gives a sense of achievement:
⢠āI did it!ā feeling
⢠Improves self-esteem
⢠Encourages independence
Tips for ASD Kids:
⢠Start with bigger blocks if fine motor is hard
⢠Use simple instructions first
⢠Allow free play (not always structured)
⢠Praise effort, not just the result

Practice practice jogging for our Ausome Yorme.. aiming to join a Fun Run soon šā¤ļøšŖš»ššš
** Learning & Tips fr Ausome Yorme**
Jogging can be very beneficial for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) because it supports both physical health and emotional regulation. Many parents and therapists include light running or jogging as part of a daily routine.
Key Benefits of Jogging for ASD Kids
1. Helps with Sensory Regulation
Jogging provides steady, repetitive movement that can help calm the nervous system. This can reduce sensory overload and make kids feel more settled.
2. Improves Focus and Attention
After jogging, many children find it easier to sit, listen, and participate in activities. Physical activity can help āresetā the brain for learning.
3. Reduces Anxiety and Stress
Exercise releases āfeel-goodā chemicals (endorphins) that can help reduce anxiety, irritability, and meltdowns.
4. Supports Better Sleep
Regular jogging can help kids fall asleep faster and sleep more deeplyāsomething many ASD kids struggle with.
5. Builds Stronger Muscles and Coordination
Jogging strengthens the legs and core and improves balance and coordination, which some ASD kids find challenging.
6. Encourages Routine and Structure
Having a regular jogging time (like every afternoon) creates predictability, which many ASD kids find comforting.
7. Helps with Emotional Regulation
Jogging can release extra energy and frustration, helping kids feel calmer and happier afterward.
āø»
Tips for ASD Kids Starting Jogging
⢠Start with short distances (5ā10 minutes).
⢠Keep a consistent schedule (same time each day).
⢠Let them wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
⢠Jog in a quiet, safe area if they are sensitive to noise.
⢠Turn it into a fun activity (music, counting steps, or jogging games).
