Good day. We would like to inform you that the packaging of Jennie Moon isn't sealed inside the box. Although the box is sealed, the actual container inside is not , which is why it may cause leakage if shaken too hard in transit to you.

We would like ask your permission if you would allow us to open the box so that we can put tape on the Jennie Moon Container itself to reduce the risk of it leaking. We will do this to ensure that our packaging is in order. Although in the end, the courier will still handle the shipping and take care of your parcel.

However if you wouldn't allows us, there is a possible risk of leakage due to actual packaging of the product. And you understood that this is beyond our control and we could not be blame of.

Please confirm that you are allowing us to open the box so that we can put extra tape as protection for your parcel.
