Made by yours,truly. One of my favourite Malay dishes is called Nasi Lemak. Rice cooked in coconut milk,fried fish or chicken, the sweet and spicy sambal-simple yet satisfying to the palate. The sambal is not readily available in the Philippines so I decided to concoct my own recipe. To my friends who were forced to test my sambal, sorry na po😉🙏😁
