This is one of the questions I get asked the most.

Honestly, it all started so unexpectedly.

Back in December 2016, I was still working in corporate when I watched a movie where Arci Muñoz played a makeup artist. I still remember being so amazed watching her work by the beach — it looked so creative, free, and fulfilling. Something about it stayed with me for days.

At that time, makeup was never part of my plan. But after watching that movie, I started buying a few makeup products for personal use and slowly became more curious about the craft. I also remember telling my mom about my desire to become a makeup artist someday.

Then one simple gift changed everything.

For my birthday, my mom gave me a ring light. And looking back now, that small gesture became the beginning of the life I’m living today.

9 years later, here we are. ✨

From corporate girl to becoming part of hundreds of beautiful milestones, bridal mornings, and life-changing moments — this career became one of the greatest blessings of my life.

And if there’s one thing this journey taught me, it’s this:

Sometimes, all you really need is one person to keep you going. 🤍

And beyond the makeup, this career gave me growth, purpose, beautiful connections, and a life I once only prayed for. 🤍

There was a version of me who doubted if this path would really work.

No huge team. No fancy studio. No perfect roadmap. Just passion, prayers, and the willingness to keep showing up.

Looking back now… I’m so grateful I didn’t quit on myself. ✨
