Getfaded® New Language Of Style ™ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At , Getfaded® New Language Of Style ™
we understand that life happens and schedules change. Out of respect for our barbers and other clients waiting for appointments, we’ve put the following policies in place.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of [X% or flat rate].

If you need to reschedule, please call/text us as soon as possible so we can fill your spot.

2. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is when a client misses an appointment without any notice.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure you receive your full service.

4. Deposits (if applicable)

Certain services (e.g., hot towel shaves, specialty cuts, color services) may require a non-refundable deposit.

We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions to the policy will be made at the barber’s discretion for illness, family emergencies, or other unavoidable situations.
