How Red's friend and his gf surprised him on his bday. They came all the way to Navotas rode a bus to Tagaytay just to be with Red on his birthday then went back again in the afternoon cause it's their graduation the next day. Red's so lucky to have friends like them.

We went to Tagaytay City Hall this morning. After namin ihatid sa school si Peach napaaga kami around 7:35am nandun na kami. Then we went sa City Tourism Office. Nakita namin wala pang tao. Then maya maya may dumating na and tinanong agad kung ano ang kailangan namin. I checked the time it's just 7:45am. Their office starts at 8am. So kala ko pag aantayin nya kami muna until mag 8am. But di pa nya nabababa ung bag nya kinuha nya na ung mga papers na need namin, inasikaso na kami and natapos kami ng exactly 8am. Grabe! Ibang iba to sa mga napuntahan kong City hall na mag mamake-up muna at chichika sa katabi until mag 8am bago ka asikasuhin. Kudos to Tagaytay City Tourism Office for this! Sana ganito sa lahat ng government offices.
