HOW TO TAKE / PAANO GAMITIN:

- Tapos habang iniinum mo ang am-fit coffee, highly suggested na bawasan mo muna ang Softdrinks, Alcohol Drinks, Oily Food, RedMeat and sweets. Pero kung gusto mo na mabilis talaga mabawasan ang timbang mo, iwasan mo muna yung mga pagkain na yan. 🙂

-For best results, drink 1 glass of warm water early in the morning. Drink 1 glass of water before and after breakfast, lunch, dinner at bago po matulog. Do this daily for colon cleansing and to avoid sa pag dry ng skin, lips, scalp and feet.
