The Red Ribbon Reality Booth: Interactive Learning of HIV Awareness. π
The Red Ribbon Reality Booth will be held on February 21, 2026 at Barangay Vasra. The event aims at educating the people on HIV and AIDS, providing them with the correct facts, and enabling all the people to discuss the disease with ease. We wish to make people feel safe, open and educated particularly to make it more known in the Philippines, due to lack the right information concerning HIV.
There are numerous basic learning stations in the booth. In one of the corners, there are "Info Flicks Corner" which are short videos explaining the modes of spread of HIV and how one can stay safe. Another game that you can play is "Truth or Myth Flip Cards" when you draw cards to check whether a statement is true or not and to know the right facts. A QR code quiz is where you can test your knowledge in quick questions in your phone. There is a Talk Spot established where small group discussions will take place where volunteers and speakers will be asked questions, will explain how to prevent HIV, will discuss early testing, and provide information on local testing centers.
Young volunteers serve as companions in order to assist the visitors and make the environment non-judgmental. Teens, young adults, parents and couples, barangay health workers, teachers and any member of the community are welcome to the event. It gives particular attention to the empowerment of young people, assist LGBTQ+ friends, and promote healthy behaviors among couples, assisting the parents in educating their children and informing pregnant mothers about the need to ensure that their babies are not infected with HIV.
We also collaborate with the local health facilities, community leaders, the Youth Council, and volunteers to present the real information and make a sustainable change. Individuals visiting will go away with facts on how HIV is transmitted, prevented and treated. The booth is a way of being good, knowing, and making intelligent decisions. It makes people take an early and frequent test, diminishes the fear and stigma, and connects local efforts to the global campaign against HIV/AIDS.
The Red Ribbon Reality Booth would like to serve a better, safer, and more informed community through the use of easy learning tools, relatable talks, and community teamwork. Breaking the stigma, spreading knowledge, and taking action will make our future healthier.

The Red Ribbon Reality Booth is an HIV/AIDS awareness initiative driven by the community, that provides information to the public in multiple ways, empowering those who participate and working to eliminate stigma about HIV/AIDS.
Our page will provide a place to learn about HIV through various means of interactive learning/engagement, create a platform for the open and safe exchange of ideas about HIV, and provide resources to help you make the right choices concerning HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and support. By creating an environment where participants can actively be involved in engaging activities, we intend to change what awareness means to an individual by transforming it into understanding.
