Pag gising tuloy ay parang pagod na pagod pa rin dahil hindi maganda ang kalidad ng pagtulog dahil bumababa ang oxygen sa dugo habang natutulog at naiipon naman ang carbon dioxide. Karaniwan din na naghihilik ang mga may OSA.
