1.) Suotin po ng atleast 8-10 hrs a day o higit pa.

2.) Gawin mo na mas priority na suotin ang ionspec sa pang araw araw.

3.) kung ikay nagbabasa ilagay mo muna sa ulo mo si ionspec kung gamit mo de grado mo ... o kaya idoble mo sa de grado mong salamin si ionspec

4.) Mas magandang gamitin si ionspec habang nanunuod ng tv/laptap o anumang gadget na merun ka. Kasi nabablock nya ang blue light at radiation na galing sa mga gadgets na nakakasira ng human brain at mga mata natin.

5.) Sabayan ng healthy living(healthy food/exercise) mas mabilis umeffect .
