Purpose:
Pre-lightening is done to lift the natural or artificial pigment before applying a fashion color, pastel, ash, silver, or vivid shade.
Mixing Ratio
* 1 part Freecia 130/0 Blonding Cream
* 2 parts 20 or 30 volume developer
* 20 Vol (6%) – more controlled, ideal for previously colored or finer hair.
* 30 Vol (9%) – ideal for virgin dark hair and stronger lifting power.
Processing Time
* 30–50 minutes
