Back in 2024, a friend of mine who works as a real-estate agent called and asked if I would be willing to lend some money to one of their clients, a senior citizen who needed funds for his maintenance. I was told the money would be returned after a month. Wanting to help, I agreed. He was very touched and even offered to leave his lot title with me as assurance.

To make a long story short, he wasn’t able to repay me after a month, so I kept the title. Eighteen months later, he was able to make a partial payment and promised to settle the balance once the lot was sold. Trusting him, I returned the title.

Today, he reached out again and asked for my help in selling the lot. 😬 I was so surprised sa price and plans for the place.. So here I am, sharing this in case someone might be interested.
