There are moments when emotions refuse to follow their usual paths, when happiness becomes too overwhelming to stay as a smile and instead spills out as tears. It’s the kind of joy that feels almost unbearable in its fullness, as if the heart cannot hold it all at once. And in contrast, sadness sometimes finds its way out through laughter, not because it is light, but because it is searching for release. In those quiet contradictions, we see how deeply we feel, how every emotion stretches beyond what words or expressions can contain.

And then there is anger, not always loud or explosive, but heavy enough to fall into silence. It lingers in the spaces between words, in the distance we create when everything inside us is too much to explain. This is the truth of being human: we are not meant to feel in straight lines. We break, we overflow, we contradict ourselves, and in that chaos, we reveal the depth of our existence.
