Underground Walkway-
This is a part of 2 kilometers underground pedestrian Walkway, the longest to consider in Southeast Asia.
The underground walkways offer safe passage for pedestrians and commuters across busy streets. They also showcase artistic works from talented Filipino artists.
The pedestrian underpass network features the following:
1. Apartment Ridge Underpass
2. Legazpi Underpass
3. Makati Avenue Underpass
4. Paseo de Roxas Underpass
5. Paseo- Villar Underpass
6. Salcedo Underpass
7. Sedeno Underpass
8. V.A. Rufino Underpass

Sta Cruz, Manila-
Historically, it is a merchant district found at the northern part of Manila and at the right bank of Pasig River.

It is bordered by Tondo, Binondo, Quiapo, Sampaloc and parts of Caloocan and Quezon City.

The district is known for a variety of commerce, ranging from traditional retail to specialised services.

Important landmarks include:
1. San Lazaro , once a race track but, now transformed into a modern lifestyle and business hub
2. Manila Grand Opera House, a historic theatre now transformed into a hotel
3. Carriedo Fountain , a historic site near the church

Modern- day Sta. Cruz features commercial and shopping district . Avenida Rizal and surrounding streets are dense with shops, eateries, and street vendors continuing its legacy as a commercial center.

Intramuros, " The Walled City" is the historic heart of Manila, the capital city of the Philippines.

It was established by Miguel Lopez de Legazpi in 1571 and became the center of Spanish power in Asia for over 300 years. Intramuros was a fortified enclave for the elites containing churches, schools and government buildings.

The home to 8 grand churches which were all destroyed during the Battle of Manila except for one , the San Agustin Church which was built in 1607.
Intramuros is the only district of Manila where the old Spanish influences are plentiful.

Fort Bonifacio is one of the most important historic key landmarks in Intramuros. It was a former military headquarters and prison. It was here where Jose Rizal, our national hero was held captive. It is now considered a shrine.

Intramuros is now a mix of historic sites and university campuses like Colegio de San Juan de Letran and Lyceum University of the Philippines and popular tourist destinations.
