‎Handa sa lindol, handa magligtas. BERT training, bawat segundo, bawat buhay mahalaga. Aral, praktis, at pusong handang tumulong during earthquake. We don’t just hope for safety, we prepare for it.
‎
‎From bandage to stretcher drills, tinuruan kaming maging first community responders sa sarili namin at sa iba. Kailangan ay laging handa at alerto sa mga mangyayaring sakuna.
‎
‎Mayroong itinuro saamin kung paano gawin ang mga basic aids:
‎
‎ #1 Kung ano ang unang gagawin mo kapag nangyari na ang sakuna.
‎ #2 Paano gamutin ang sugat sa ulo at patigilin ang pagdugo. Gagamit ng malinis na tela pang-takip sa sugat.
‎ #3 Paano mag-splint kapag nabalian ng buto sa kamay. Gamit ang plywood/triangular bandage, ibuhol sa leeg at elbow para ma-secure.
‎
‎ #4 Paano iligtas at gamutin ang sugat/bali sa binti. Dalhin muna sa ligtas na lugar, then splint gamit plywood at tela.

Na para bang wala talaga makakatigil kahit diabetes pa ’yan, because calories don’t count when you’re smiling this much right?😋

Who knew a few metal bars, dramatic poses, and chaotic laughter could turn into the most fun memory of the day?
From “palabasin niyo na ’ko” faces to mugshots that low-key belong on a magazine cover🤩, this jail booth didn’t stand a chance against our happy days. No crimes committed—just guilty of having too much fun, taking too many pictures, and refusing to leave until we got the ”𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚏𝚎𝚌𝚝” shot, mapapasabi ka nalang talaga ng ”ay, slay!”.💅
