Loaded Cobb Salad Bowl 🥗
Fresh, filling, and packed with protein — this salad bowl is one of my favorite easy lunch ideas! Crispy greens topped with juicy grilled chicken, creamy avocado, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, and blue cheese 🤍
Ingredients (2 Servings):
2 grilled chicken breasts
4 cups romaine lettuce
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 boiled eggs
4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
Paprika or chili flakes

6 Juicy & Flavorful Chicken Drumstick Recipes
1. Garlic Butter Chicken Drumsticks + Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
• 6 chicken drumsticks
• 3 tbsp butter
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & black pepper
• Fresh parsley
• 500 g potatoes
• 80 ml milk
Instructions:
Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 35–45 minutes, until golden and fully cooked.
Melt the butter and sauté the garlic.
Brush or drizzle the garlic butter over the drumsticks.
Boil the potatoes and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
Serve together.
2. Honey Garlic Chicken Drumsticks + Rice & Broccoli
Ingredients:
• 6 chicken drumsticks
• 3 tbsp honey
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp oil
• Salt & black pepper
• 200 g cooked rice
• 200 g broccoli
Instructions:
Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper, and oil.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 35 minutes.
Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
Brush the drumsticks with the sauce and bake for 10 more minutes, until glossy and caramelized.
Serve with white rice and steamed broccoli.
3. BBQ Chicken Drumsticks + Fries & Coleslaw
Ingredients:
• 6 chicken drumsticks
• 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt & black pepper
• Fries for serving
For the coleslaw:
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 1 carrot, grated
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
Season the drumsticks with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 35–40 minutes.
Mix BBQ sauce with honey and brush it over the drumsticks.
Bake for 5–10 more minutes, until sticky and caramelized.
Mix cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise or yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serve with fries and coleslaw.
4. Crispy Baked Chicken Drumsticks + Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
• 6 chicken drumsticks
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp oregano
• 2 tbsp oil
• Salt & black pepper
• 500 g potatoes, cubed
Instructions:
Pat the drumsticks very dry with paper towels.
Season with oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place them on a baking tray with the seasoned potatoes.
Bake at 210°C / 410°F for 40–45 minutes, turning halfway through.
Serve when the skin is golden and crispy.
5. Spicy Cajun Chicken Drumsticks + Corn & Salad
Ingredients:
• 6 chicken drumsticks
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp chili powder, optional
• 2 tbsp oil
• Salt & black pepper
• Cooked corn
• Fresh salad
Instructions:
Mix oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the drumsticks well with the mixture.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 40–45 minutes, until golden and juicy.
Serve with corn and a fresh salad.
6. Lemon Herb Chicken Drumsticks + Vegetables
Ingredients:
• 6 chicken drumsticks
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp oregano or parsley
• Salt & black pepper
• 300 g mixed vegetables
Instructions:
Season the drumsticks with lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Let them marinate for 30 minutes for more flavor.
Place them on a tray with the vegetables.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 40–45 minutes, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
Serve hot with the roasted vegetables.
