🚨 WE'RE HIRING: Risk Controls Business Analyst

Are you an analytical problem-solver with a passion for risk management, fraud prevention, and process improvement? Join our team and help strengthen business operations by driving impactful risk and security initiatives.

What You'll Do

* Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement risk and fraud technology enhancements.
* Drive security improvements across multiple business units.
* Manage projects, track progress, and resolve potential roadblocks.
* Educate stakeholders on fraud risks and the importance of risk mitigation.
* Support risk monitoring and investigations, including off-hours support when needed.
* Help prioritize risk enhancement initiatives through data-driven insights.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on global risk processes and best practices.
* Present ideas, proposals, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
* Standardize and streamline risk mitigation processes across regions and systems.
* Attend industry conferences and training programs to stay current on emerging trends.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
✔ At least **3 years of experience** in an analytical role
✔ Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
✔ Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive change
✔ Willingness to participate in off-hours calls when required

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Experience presenting to stakeholders or leadership teams
⭐ Strong coordination skills across multiple business units
⭐ Knowledge of credit card operations
⭐ Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team
