Today was all about legs and core because I haven't forgotten what's coming:
🏃♀️ August 16 – Run for PCOS 12K
🏃♀️ September 6 – KanhuRun Run for Courage 32K for Pediatric Cancer Patients of EVMC (my dreaded 2nd Leg of the Trifecta 😅)
At 51, every squat, lunge, plank, and hill session matters. One run for a cause, one run to test my courage, and both reminding me that age is just a number when your heart is bigger than your excuses. Plus carrying the passion and mission of Agora Club Philippines with my Agorian sisters 🤗💚💚

THE VISIT 💔🙏🏻💚
Today, we didn't just visit homes—we stood beside families whose lives were changed forever by the heartbreaking tragedy at San Jose High School.
No words can ever erase their pain. No gesture can replace the precious lives and dreams that were taken. But sometimes, simply showing up, listening, and reminding one another that no family walks alone can bring a glimmer of hope.
This tragedy has shaken our entire community. Yet even in the deepest sorrow, we witnessed compassion, resilience, and the incredible strength of people choosing to stand together rather than be divided by fear.
May we continue to honor the victims not only with our prayers, but with our actions. By building a community where kindness is louder than violence, where every child feels safe, and where hope continues to rise despite heartbreak.

We are happy to introduce Agora Club Philippines 🇵🇭 who were started through an initiative from Gottfried Lumpi, president of .
Back in January, it all began with a simple gathering of women who believed in friendship, purpose and making a difference.
What started as a conversation around a table and an Ipad has grown into a movement of empowered women united by service and sisterhood.
The second gathering brought more than just familiar faces around the table - it brought clarity, excitement, and a growing belief that Agora Club Philippines could become a reality.
What once felt like an idea was slowly taking shape, and the path toward chartering became clearer with every conversation, every plan, and every woman who chose to be part of the journey.
