Although we recommend that we consume gluten sparingly (and lean more towards a ), weβve always thought that itβs important to have a healthy, balanced, wholefood diet. So yes, whole, non-refined, grains in the form of bread, pasta, pizza, are welcome, on some days (but honestly, we donβt absolutely have to have them).
So how can you enjoy our delicious jam without the gluten (such as the bread pictured here)?
Dip/coat your fruits in them, bake with them, or eat them directly from the jar with a spoon (personal fave) for that natural, sugar kick of the day. Get creative!ππ»
