To everyone questioning my decision to remove Lalamove, here’s my explanation. I hope you can take time to read and understand po.

Managing shipments has become physically exhausting for me. Dati kaya pa, but now I’m constantly going up and down the stairs while answering inquiries, sorting inventory, and packing orders. Kapag dumating pa ang rider at hindi ma-contact ang customer, ako rin po ang nagaasikaso.
I live in a 3rd-floor apartment, so every Lalamove booking means rushing downstairs.

May mga riders pa pong naliligaw, and the time spent on this could have been used for packing orders so I don’t end up working until 3am. Hindi na po talaga kaya ng katawan ko gawin ito araw-araw.
The reason my products are priced lower is because I don’t have employees—I personally handle everything. If I hire staff to make things easier, I will have no choice but to increase prices, and I really don’t want to do that.

So I had to decide what’s best for both me and my clients.

Would you rather I raise prices so I can afford employees and admins, or keep the current prices and follow the shipping arrangement?
