We apologize for the delay in updates — we’ve been managing a busy schedule, along with frequent rainfall in the area that has slowed down the work. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 🙏

So far, we have raised ₱21,051.92.
Expenses: ₱21,316.70
Balance: -₱264.78

Attached are the receipts and the full summary for transparency.

We were also able to share ₱2,181.50 to help fix the roof of another friend’s home in Concepcion. (Photo attached for reference.) ❤️

We are hoping and praying that we can complete the rebuilding of their home before Christmas. This season is meant to be filled with hope, comfort, and togetherness, and it would mean so much for the family to finally have a safe place to return to. With your kindness and continued support, we believe this goal is within reach. ✨🎄

AMAIA SCAPES NORTHPOINT – EXTREME DELAY & POOR SERVICE

I’m calling out Amaia Scapes Northpoint for the extreme delay in the turnover of my RFO unit.

I paid in June 2024, and up to now, there is no turnover and no clear timeline. For an RFO unit, being told it could take almost 2 years is unacceptable.

Amaia also gave me wrong information, which forced a unit transfer and made me pay more for their mistake.

I’ve sent emails, follow-ups, and requests for updates — yet I still get no concrete answers, no urgency, and no accountability from their team.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress and financial burden, and I’m sharing this so others are aware of what I’ve experienced.

I expect Amaia to address this properly, take responsibility, and compensate caused by their delays and misinformation.
