ALO is a brand I’ve dreamed of working with for years, so this experience felt especially meaningful to me. I’ve been in the fitness industry for a little over two years now, and throughout that time, teaching has always been about so much more than just a workout. There’s something incredibly special about bringing people together through movement and creating a space filled with encouragement, connection, and strength 🧘🏻♀️
