Noong college, tinitipid ko talaga ang allowance ko para makabili ng mga usong damit kahit mumurahin lang. 😂 Kasi kahit simple, basta feeling ko fashionable ako—happy na ako.

Then I got married, and naturally, nagbago ang priorities. Mas importante na ang pagkain, bills, at higit sa lahat, ang mga anak. ❤️

Pero kahit maliit lang ang sweldo ni Coach Meynard noon, naglalaan pa rin ako ng konti para makabili ng magandang damit para sa panganay namin. Siya ang laging naka-fashion! 🤣

At alam mo kung bakit? Kapag nakikita kong naka-porma ang anak ko, feeling ko naka-porma na rin ako. 😆❤️

Fast forward to today…
One thing I learned through my journey in wellness is this:
You can love your family deeply without forgetting to love yourself, too.
