Parehong Vitamin C ngunit may pinagkaiba sa paraan ng pag-inom or pag-take.

✓Ascorbic acid - - - > to be taken after meals

(Kailangang inumin pagkatapos kumain dahil nagiging sanhi ng hyperacidity o pangangasim ng sikmura)

✓Sodium ascorbate - - - > can be taken with or without meals

(Pwedeng inumin pagkatapos kumain o kahit walang kain dahil non-acidic na yung form; sadyang ginawa para sa mga may sakit sa sikmura gaya ng ulcer, GERD at iba pang may kinalaman sa hyperacidity)
