We are honored to recognize Dr. Shakeel Ahmad, a distinguished alumnus of Ghazali School and College (Class of 2008).
An accomplished medical professional, Dr. Shakeel Ahmad earned his MBBS from Khyber Medical University (KMU) and went on to complete his advanced specialization, achieving his FCPS (Pediatrics) from the prestigious College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).
Currently, he serves as a Consultant Pediatrician at the Hamdard Children Hospital in Daggar. His dedication to child health and clinical excellence reflects the highest standards of professional service, making him a true source of pride for the entire Ghazalian community.

A group photo of our dedicated team with Dr. Saddam Hussain Babozai (FCPS, MRCPCH), renowned Pediatrician & Neonatologist.
Dr. Shakeel Ahmad, Pediatrician, was also part of this important session.
A lot of valuable points were learned regarding NICU care and pediatric hospital management from his clinical experience and guidance, which will help further improve patient care standards in our setup.

A 2-year-old female child, diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism, presented to our clinic with delayed growth and developmental concerns. After timely diagnosis, proper counseling of parents, and initiation of appropriate thyroxine therapy, the child has shown remarkable improvement.

✅ Better growth parameters
✅ Noticeable developmental progress
This case highlights the importance of early diagnosis, regular follow-up, and parental compliance in managing congenital hypothyroidism. With proper care, these children can lead a healthy and normal life.
