مجھے اسلام کی نعمت کیسے ملی؟

: عزیز بچو! پچھلی (بیسویں) صدی عیسوی میں سائنس نے اس قدر ترقی کی کہ انسان چاند پر پہنچ گیا۔ ہماری زمین سے چاند کا فاصلہ دولاکھ چالیس ہزار میل ہے۔سب سے پہلے روس نے ایک ایسا خلائی جہاز یا سیارہ تیار کیا جو اکتوبر95ء کو چاند پر اتر گیا اور چاند کی پرلی طرف کی تصویر یں (فوٹو) لینے کے بعد زمین پر واپس پہنچنے میں کامیاب ہو گیا۔ اس میں کوئی انسان نہیں تھا۔ چند سال بعد ریاست ہائے متحدہ امریکہ نے خلاء میں سفر کے لیے ایک خاص ہوائی جہاز تیار کیا جس میں تین خلا بازوں کو بٹھا کر چاند کی طرف روانہ کیا تا کہ وہ چاند میں اتر کر اس کے بارے میں ہر طرح کی معلومات حاصل کر یں۔ خلا کا مطلب ہے زمین اور آسمان کے درمیان خالی جگہ یا زمین کے اوپر کا وہ خطہ جہاں زمین کی کشش ختم ہو جاتی ہے۔ اس کشش کو”کشش ثقل“ کہتے ہیں یعنی وہ کشش یا کھینچنے کی طاقت جس سے بھاری چیزیں زمین کی طرف کھنچتی ہیں۔ خلا باز اس انسان کو کہتے ہیں جو خلا میں سفر کرے (خلائی جہاز میں بیٹھ کر) یعنی جہاں زمین کی کشش ختم ہو جاتی ہے اس سے اوپر جائے۔امریکہ نے جن خلابازوں کو چاند کی طرف بھیجا ان کے لیڈر کا نام نیل آرمسٹرانگ(NEIL ARMSTRONG) تھا۔ وہ امریکہ کی ریاست کیلیفورنیا کے شہر بوسٹن کا رہنے والا تھا۔ چاند کی سرزمین پر سب سے پہلے قدم رکھنے والا انسان یہی نیل آرمسٹرانگ تھا۔ جب وہ اپنے کامیاب خلائی سفر کے بعد زمین پر واپس آیا تو اس نے خلا میں جو کچھ دیکھا یا سنا تھا۔ اس نے اس پر ایسا اثر ڈالا کہ تھوڑے ہی عرصہ کے بعد اس نے اسلام قبول کر لیا۔ یہ خبر اخباروں میں شائع ہوئی تو امریکہ کے بہت سے عیسائیوں نے اس خبر کو ماننے سے انکار کر دیا اور اخباروں میں اعلان کر دیا کہ یہ خبر غلط تھی۔ اس پر برطانیہ کی آکسفورڈ یونیورسٹی میں فزکس کے پروفیسر ڈاکٹر غلام نبی امریکہ پہنچے اور کیلیفورنیا کے شہر بوسٹن جا کر نیل آر مسٹرانگ سے ملے۔ ان کا بیان ہے کہ میں نیل آرمسٹرانگ کو عمامہ اور تہبند میں دیکھ کر حیران رہ گیا۔ پھر میرے اور اس کے درمیان یہ سوال جواب ہوئے۔
سوال: ”کیا یہ خبر صحیح ہے کہ آپ نے اسلام قبول کر لیا ہے؟“
جواب:”صحیح ہے۔“
سوال:”آپ کے اسلام لانے کا کیا سبب تھا؟“
جواب:”خلائی سفر کے موقع پر جب میں ساؤنڈ بیریر (SOUND BARRIER) (رفتار کی حد سے پرے) کے علاقے (زون) میں پہنچا تو میں نے عربی زبان میں ایک آواز سنی جس کا مفہوم میں نہ سمجھ سکا اور سخت حیران ہوا کہ یہاں کیسی آواز میں نے سنی ہے۔ میں اس حیرت کی حالت میں اپنا خلائی سفر پورا کر کے زمین پر واپس آ گیا۔ یہاں ڈاکٹروں نے میراطبی معائنہ کیا تو مجھے اداس پا کر انھوں نے فیصلہ کیا کہ مجھے میرے بال بچوں کے پاس بھیج دیا جائے۔ ان کے فیصلے کے مطابق جب میں کار میں اپنے گھر جا رہا تھا تو صبح کا وقت تھا۔ راستے میں کالوں کی ایک مسجد تھی۔ (سفید فام امریکی امریکہ کے اصل باشندوں کو کالے کہتے ہیں کیونکہ ان کا رنگ سیاہ ہوتا ہے۔ یہ لوگ سفید فام لوگوں کے امریکہ میں آنے سے پہلے امریکہ میں آباد تھے۔) اس مسجد کے پاس سے گزرتے ہوئے میں نے مسجد سے وہی آواز سنی جو میں نے خلا میں سنی تھی۔ (یہ آواز دراصل مسلمانوں کی اذان تھی جو ایک کالامسلمان مسجد میں دے رہا تھا۔) میں نے کار روکی اور مسجد میں داخل ہو کر وہاں بیٹھے ہوئے مسلمانوں سے درخواست کی کہ یہ آواز جوتمہاری مسجد سے آ رہی تھی،میں اسے دوبارہ سننا چاہتا ہوں۔ آپ کی مہربانی ہوگی اگر یہ مجھے دوبارہ سناد یں۔ انھوں نے دوبارہ یہ آواز سنائی تو میں نے اسے ٹیپ کرلیا۔ جب مجھے پورا یقین ہو گیا کہ یہی آواز میں نے خلا میں سنی تھی تو میں نے اسی وقت کلمہ پڑھ لیا اور اسلام لے آیا۔ جب یہ خبر ملک میں پھیلی تو کلیسا والوں (عیسائی پادریوں) نے مشہور کر دیا کہ میرا دماغ چل گیا ہے یعنی میں پاگل ہو گیا ہوں لیکن میں بالکل پاگل نہیں اور اللہ کا شکر ہے کہ اس وقت میں ایک سو چھ آدمیوں کو مسلمان کر چکا ہوں۔“
ڈاکٹر غلام نبی صاحب نے اس سے کہا:
”آپ یہ حالات مجھے اپنے قلم سے لکھ کر دے دیں تا کہ میں دوسروں سے ذکر کروں تو مجھ پر غلط بیانی کا الزام نہ آئے۔“
چنانچہ نیل آرمسٹرانگ نے اپنے قلم سے یہ حالات انہیں لکھ کر دے دیے۔
