The Axentra Communications – Hiring Now (USA Insurance Campaigns)
The Axentra Communications is expanding its team and is currently hiring motivated individuals for USA-based Insurance Campaigns in multiple roles.
Open Positions:
- Sales Closers (Final Expense – USA Campaign)
- Verifiers (Final Expense Insurance – USA Campaign)
Salary Package:
- Verifiers: PKR 45,000/month + incentives
- Sales Closers: PKR 70,000 – 150,000/month + attractive commissions
Job Responsibilities:
- Calling customers and understanding their requirements
- Promoting products and services professionally
- Following up on leads and inquiries
- Converting inquiries into successful sales
- Closing sales and meeting targets (for closers)
- Verifying customer details and ensuring accuracy (for verifiers)
- Maintaining professionalism and call quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in BPO / call center / sales
- Minimum education: Matriculation
- Strong communication skills (English preferred)
- Confident, target-oriented, and professional attitude
Shift Timing:
- 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift – USA Campaign)
