✨From 100+ kgs to 67 kgs✨
I’ve spent my entire life people making me feel im not good enough, why? Cause i was fat. I wasnt pretty enough, why? Again, i was fat. There came a time i started hating myself. Even after my dad passed away, i had heard people commenting on my weight. It took a MAJOR toll on my mental health. So what did i do? I started eating more, gaining more. Well im a depressive eater. What can i do? However, there came a point where i reached my maximum weight and crossed that even, and i started HATING myself. I stopped looking at myself in the mirror. Stopped going out. Felt insecure even while sitting with people who loved me.
Last year, i started keto. I know what all of you will say. Keto se tou weight aur bhar jata hei. Thats true, if you leave keto and go back to your habits you will gain, like you would if you left any diet. So after doing 6 months of continuous keto i shifted to low carb. I added a few carbs in my life and let go of a few fats. Whilst doing that, i added in light cardio too. Ive never been the sort to workout so it was hard. So lets say i was taking baby steps, i still an cause im still not weight training yet😅 lazy me what can i do.
Anyhow, a after a few months of low carb i shifted to intermittent fasting which im still doing. Because i still havent reached my goal weight yet!
All this was possible thanks to my mum and her venture . We have been dealing with keto clients since 4 years, we provide keto and low carb food. So you can say the access of food was quite easy for me and kept me motivated!
