One of the major lifestyle changes I have made in 2020 is starting the use of Miswak twice everyday - morning and night - instead of using branded toothpastes and toothbrushes. That is to say, I haven't completely stopped using those either, but use them occasionally whenever I feel the need.
Similarly, I use other alternatives such as flossing and baking soda whenever I want to be that extra extra. But so far, miswak has proven to be one of my best and most rewarding healthy living choices.
It is not only a sunnat of the Holy Prophet Muhammad p.b.u.h. but also scientifically proven to improve the periodontal status of its users. I don't know how many types there are, but Mr. And I have used only two so far. Neem and Peelu. Very cheap and easily available. When cleaned and packaged, it hardly costs about Rs. 20. Buy from a street vendor, and 5 rupay may farigh!!π
I do plan on adopting this change full time and highly highly recommend all my friends, family, and followers to at least try it for a month. You will love the crisp cleaning of your pearls and fragrant breath. Your perfect saviour from the use of fluoride.
What other methods of hygiene do you know to keep your laughing gear healthy?? Also, have you ever used miswaak!?
Let me know your experience in the comments below!

The amount of Biryani I have cooked during the lockdown period is mind-boggling! As tomorrow is the last day, I am wondering if we would finally have a break from this for a while???
How much and how many types of biryani did u try during this time?

Late night hunger pangs while social distancing can lead to creative home cooking!
Few days ago, made these fiery saucy cheesy beef kebab rolls with frozen parathas! It wasn't innovative per se, but I used frozen food to fix a quick snack for the first time ever!
My nighttime snacking issues are sorted!π₯³π―

Qaurantine day 2947206...
I have lost count of the days that I have been stuck at home! Lately I've been having strange cravings for seriously common places! Sometimes, I wanna go to Hyderi market for ice cream at 5AM in the morning, sometimes I just wanna drive at Shahrae Faisal at 12PM. Just last night, I almost cried missing the seaview!
Right now, I just wanna pop down at Zainab Market, Saddar, for no reaaon!
Who else shares my emotional predicament here?

One of the simplest yet healthiest breakfasts is this homemade Maleeda a.k.a. Panjeeri.
Ingredients:
Semoline (sooji) 1/2kg
Desi ghee 1 small cup
Raw can sugar 1.5 cups
Nuts and seeds of choice. I added pistachios, almonds, and raisins. I usually add makhanay in this but sadly didn't have any!
Do you enjoy nutritious desserts like maleeda in breakfast!?...

My first post ever!
"The Shea Butter Ultra Rich Body Cream"
Lol, see this thick, buttery, luxurious body cream... it's for dry to very dry skin by one of my favourite skincare brands: L'OCCITANE En Provence.
β‘ Provides lasting hydration for up to 72 hours.
β‘ contains organic shea butter (fair trade), Apricot oil, glycerin, and organic spring honey.
β‘ 200ML jar which lasts about a year so worth the price.
What's your preferred texture in body creams? I usually prefer lotions during summertime!
