I keep my LED hair cap plugged in my car. Here’s why.
Habit stacking = consistency.
Parkway pickup. School run. Drive-through line. Waiting at the mall. That’s 12–20 minutes of photobiomodulation that would have otherwise been dead time.
Here’s the science they don’t tell you about hair devices: results aren’t about intensity — they’re about frequency. Low-level light therapy works by accumulating photonic energy in the follicle. Miss sessions? You reset your progress. Show up consistently? Your follicles remember.
I built TressFull™ to be used. Not displayed on a shelf next to your good intentions.
So I made it portable. I made it part of my actual life. And now my kids just think Mama drives with a glowing helmet on, and honestly? They’re not wrong.
Here’s the part that stops people: the price.
But let’s do the math together.
TressFull™ lasts 4–5 years. That’s less than $5 a month.
Your salon visit costs more than that. Your dry shampoo costs more than that. And neither of those is rebuilding your follicles at the cellular level.
This isn’t a purchase. It’s a protocol. And it pays for itself before year one is done.
If you’re carrying a hair cap that’s collecting dust — or you’ve been on the fence — this is your sign.
Comment TRESS below and I’ll send you the full on-the-go protocol and the current price. 👇
With love and a very full parking lot ritual,

May your skin glow, your biryani portions be generous, and your relatives suddenly discover the beauty of minding their own business.

And if political debates start at the dinner table… just stare into the distance like this sheep. 🐑

I need women to understand something very clearly.

We are watching an entire culture once again return to glorifying extreme thinness.

Only this time, it’s being packaged as “wellness.”

Women are scrolling Instagram looking at celebrities, influencers, and impossibly tiny bodies and thinking:
“Maybe I should take Oz@mpic too.”
So many of my friends are already injecting it. Some are micro dosing.
Even if they are exhausted.
Even if they are already under-eating.
Even if their hormones are struggling.
Even if their hair is falling out from stress.
Even if their nervous system is already overwhelmed.

And the saddest part?
Many women are not doing this because they’re unhealthy.
They’re doing it because they’re terrified of gaining weight in a world that still rewards women for taking up less space. Since when has this become ok.

I’m not against medication when it is medically necessary.
These drugs can genuinely help people with diabetes, obesity, insulin resistance, and metabolic disease.

But I am deeply uncomfortable watching powerful medications become beauty trends while women deal with nausea, stomach pain, fatigue, hair loss, anxiety around food, and fear of eating.

Somewhere along the way, we confused “tiny” with “healthy.”
As can be seen on the festival.

Babe, your body is not a trend.
Your hunger is not a character flaw to be silenced.
And your worth does not increase when your body gets smaller. Even though it seems so by all the images you see in social media.

Healthy women are allowed to nourish themselves.
Healthy women are allowed to eat.
Healthy women are happy women. Who take up space.

Have you ever considered injecting yourself for vanity?

Perimenopause can feel like anxiety, exhaustion, rage, insomnia, brain fog, skin changes, hair thinning, and feeling “not like yourself” anymore — and so many women are told it’s just stress or aging.

But your body may actually be asking for support, nourishment, hormone balance, nervous system regulation, and rest.

You are not lazy.
You are not crazy.
And you are definitely not alone.
