جہاں تک کام چلتا ہو غذا سے
وہاں تک چاہیے بچنا دوا سے
اگر خوں کم بنے، بلغم زیادہ
تو کھا گاجر، چنے ، شلغم زیادہ
جگر کے بل پہ ہے انسان جیتا
اگر ضعفِ جگر ہے کھا پپیتا
جگر میں ہو اگر گرمی کا احساس
مربّہ آملہ کھا یا انناس
اگر ہوتی ہے معدہ میں گرانی
تو پی لے سونف یا ادرک کا پانی
تھکن سے ہوں اگر عضلات ڈھیلے
تو فوراََ دودھ گرما گرم پی لے
جو دکھتا ہو گلا نزلے کے مارے
تو کر نمکین پانی کے غرارے
اگر ہو درد سے دانتوں کے بے کل
تو انگلی سے مسوڑوں پر نمک مَل
جو طاقت میں کمی ہوتی ہو محسوس
تو مصری کی ڈلی ملتان کی چوس
شفا چاہیے اگر کھانسی سے جلدی
تو پی لے دودھ میں تھوڑی سی ہلدی
اگر کانوں میں کچھ تکلیف ہووے
تو سرسوں تیل پھائے سے نچوڑے
اگر آنکھوں میں پڑ جاتے ہوں جالے
تو دکھنی مرچ گھی کے ساتھ کھا لے
تپِ دق سے اگر چاہیے رہائی
بدل پانی کے گّنا چوس بھائی
دمہ میں یہ غذا بے شک ہے اچھی
کھٹائی چھوڑ کھا دریا کی مچھی
اگر تجھ کو لگے جاڑے میں سردی
تو استعمال کر انڈے کی زردی
جو بد ہضمی میں تو چاہے افاقہ
تو دو اِک وقت کا کر لے تو فاقہ

Criteria of Blood donation in Islam:

You can donate blood but there're 3 criteria in Islam to donate.

1. The life of patient must be in danger, if he/she can survive without blood so you're not allowed to donate blood.

2. There's no side effect to your body or life by donating blood.

3. It should not be for the sake of money.

And even you can donate blood to a non muslim as Allah says in quran in Surah Mai'da Ch: 5 V: 32 that

"if you save a Human being so it means you save the whole humanity.."

So Allah SWT use the word Human Being not Muslim.. so Alhamdu'lillah you can donate blood to the non muslim also as some people don't know or have misconception about it.. It will give you the equal reward.. as Prophet Muhammad PbUH said Allah is one who gives you better and more. :)

And moreover while you donate blood some precautions must be adopt that there's limit that you donate blood almost 400ml scientifically it's average range that you can donate. Islam allows you that you can donate blood to others it doesn't mean you donate 5 or 10 liters.. When someone donate blood the new blood regenerate in three month and it's beneficial for you body also.. so by donating blood you can save other's life as well as it's better for you also Alhamdullillah..
