COTHM proudly marks another milestone with the establishment of its first Centre for Food Safety & Hygiene — A dedicated initiative focused on promoting food safety awareness, hygiene standards, and professional excellence across the food industry.
Through this centre, students will gain greater awareness of safe food practices, hygiene protocols, quality standards, and the responsibility of food professionals in protecting public health.

COTHM Pakistan had the distinct honor of welcoming Her Excellency H.E. Ms. Marilina Armellin, Ambassador of Italy to Pakistan, along with Mr. Domenico Polloni.
A key highlight of the visit was their tour of the COTHM Center for Food Safety & Hygiene, where they were introduced to our advanced training facilities, food safety initiatives, and efforts to promote hygiene awareness and international best practices within the food industry.
