38 سالہ خاتون کی 55 شادیاں، گنیز بک میں درج

عالمی ریکارڈ بنتے اور ٹوٹتے رہتے ہیں۔ مگر یہ ریکارڈ شاید ہی کوئی توڑ سکے۔شمال مغربی افریقہ کے مسلم ملک موریطانیہ کی ایک خاتون نے شادیوں کی نصف سنچری مکمل کر کے عالمی ریکارڈ قائم فرما لیا ہے۔ ”سلم“ نامی خاتون نے صرف 35 برس میں شادیوں کی نصف سنچریاں مکمل کیں، جس پر ان کا نام گنیز بک آف ورلڈ ریکارڈ میں سب سے زیادہ شادیاں کرنے والی خاتون کے طور پر درج کرلیا گیا ہے۔ 50 شادیوں کے بعد بھی سلم کا کیریئر ختم نہیں ہوا۔ اس کے بعد وہ مزید 5 بار دلہن بنیں۔ اب 38 سال میں ان کے شادیوں کا "اسکور" 55 تک پہنچ چکا ہے۔
سلم کی سب سے طویل شادی 15 برس تک چلی، جبکہ بعض شادیاں 2 دن میں ہی انجام کو پہنچ گئیں۔ سلم کو اپنے ازدواجی کیریئر کے تمام شوہروں کے نام یاد ہیں اور وہ ان شادیوں کی ناکامی کا بنیادی سبب اپنی حد سے زیادہ غیرت کو قرار دیتی ہے۔ امریکی نیوز چینل سی این این عربی کے مطابق موریطانیہ میں ایک ایسی خاتون منظر عام پر آئی ہے، جسے دنیا میں سب سے زیادہ شادیاں کرنے کا اعزاز حاصل ہوا ہے۔
مقامی ٹی وی چینل ”الساحل“ کو انٹرویو دیتے ہوئے ”سلم“ نامی 38 سالہ خاتون کا کہنا تھا کہ ان کی شادی شدہ زندگی کا آغاز 12 برس کی عمر میں ہی ہو گیا تھا اور ان کے اس ازدواجی سفر میں مختلف قسم کے مرد شریک ہوتے رہے۔ خاتون کے مطابق ان کی طویل ترین شادی 15 سال تک چلی، جب کہ بعض شادیاں 3 ماہ، بعض 2 ہفتے اور بعض تو 2 دن میں ہی اپنے انجام کو پہنچ گئیں۔ سلم خاتون کے مطابق، ان تمام شادیوں کی ناکامی کا بنیادی سبب ان کی حد سے زیادہ غیرت ہے۔ انہوں نے تسلیم کیا کہ میں معمولی بات کو بھی برداشت نہیں کر سکتی۔ اس لئے میری غصیلی طبیعت کو زیادہ تر شوہر برداشت نہ کر سکے، جس کا نتیجہ طلاق کی صورت میں نکلتا رہا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میری شادیوں کی ناکامی میں شوہروں کے کردار کو بھی مسترد نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ سلم کے بقول شوہروں کے حسد اور ان کا غیر ذمہ دارانہ رویہ مجھے علیحدگی پر مجبور کردیتا تھا، تاہم 55 میں سے صرف 3 شوہر ایسے تھے، جن کے ساتھ رہ کر سلم خاتون نے خود کو محفوظ تصور کیا۔
سلم کا کہنا ہے کہ ازدواجی سفر میں شریک ہونے والے تمام شوہروں کے نام انہیں اچھی طرح یاد ہیں۔ دوران انٹرویو انہوں نے بعض شوہروں کے نام بھی لئے۔ تاہم بعض شوہروں کے نام انہوں نے اس لئے نہیں لئے کہ ان کے ساتھ انتہائی تلخ یادیں وابستہ ہیں۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق، سلم نے شادیوں کی نصف سنچری مکمل کر کے امریکی خاتون لِنڈا وولف (Linda Wolfe) کے ریکارڈ کو توڑ دیا ہے، جس کا نام سب سے زیادہ شادیاں کرنے والی خاتون کے طور پر گنیز بک آف ورلڈ ریکارڈ میں درج ہے۔ لنڈا وولف نے اپنے ازدواجی کیریئر میں 23 شوہروں سے عقد نکاح کیا تھا۔ اب اس کی جگہ موریطانیہ کی سلم کا نام درج کرلیا گیا۔ سلم نے کئی برس پہلے ہی یہ ریکارڈ قائم کرلیا تھا، تاہم انہوں نے زیادہ شادیاں ریکارڈ قائم کرنے کے لئے نہیں کی تھیں، بلکہ ان کے وہم و گمان بھی نہ تھا کہ انہوں نے ایک ایسا کارنامہ سر انجام دیا ہے، جو اب تک کسی کے نصیب میںنہیں آیا اور اس سے انہیں عالمی شہرت حاصل ہو جائے گی۔ اس لئے ان کی جانب سے یہ انکشاف ابھی ایک ٹی وی کو انٹرویو دیتے ہوئے کیا گیا۔
دوران انٹرویو سلم نے اپنی ہم وطن خواتین کے نام پیغام میں کہا کہ وہ میری پیروی ہرگز نہ کریں۔ پہلا شوہر جیسا بھی ہو اس کے ساتھ گزر بسر کریں۔ اچھے سے اچھے شوہر کی تلاش میں خاتون کہیں کی نہیں رہتی۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق یہ ایک انتہائی دلچسپ بات ہے کہ موریطانیہ میں ایک طرف خواتین کی بہت بڑی تعداد غیر شادی شدہ ہے، مختلف وجوہات کی بنا پر انہیں مناسب رشتے نہیں مل رہے تو دوسری طرف ”سلم“ نے38 برسوں کے دوران 55 مردوں سے شادیاں کیں۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق موریطانیہ کے مرد اسی خاتون سے شادی کو ترجیح دیتے ہیں، جو خوب فربہ ہو، اس لئے کمزور جسم والی عورتیں کنواری رہ جاتی ہیں، جبکہ اس صحرائی ملک میں خواتین کا مہر بھی اتنا زیادہ رکھا جاتا ہے، جسے ہر کوئی افورٹ نہیں کر سکتا، اس لئے بہت سے مرد بھی غیر شادی شدہ رہ جاتے ہیں۔
موریطانیہ خطے کی واحد ریاست ہے، جہاں طلاق کو ایک سماجی روایت کی حیثیت حاصل ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ ملک میں طلاق جیسے منفی عمل کے روزمرہ کی بنیاد پر وقوع پذیر ہونے والے واقعات نے خاندانی نظام کو تباہ کر دیا ہے۔ طلاق کے بڑھتے رجحان نے 44 فیصد عائلی اور سماجی نظام کو درہم برہم کر دیا ہے، لیکن صنف نازک اس منفی طرز عمل کا سب سے زیادہ متاثر ہونے والا طبقہ ہیں۔ عرب ذرائع ابلاغ کے مطابق موریطانوی سماج ”چٹ میں شادی، پٹ میں طلاق“ کے اصول پر چل رہا ہے۔ عورتوں کو وقت نکاح نہ صرف نان نفقے اور رہائش جیسی کسی بنیادی سہولت کا حق نہیں دیا جاتا، بلکہ خواتین کے ”حق مہر“ جیسے شرعی فریضے کی ادائیگی بھی نہیں کی جاتی۔ خواتین کو طلاق کے بعد دوہرا بوجھ برداشت کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ طلاق کے بعد ”عرصہ عدت“ گزارنے تک نان نفقہ سابقہ شوہر ہی کے ذمہ ہونا چاہیے، لیکن موریطانیہ میں تو مطلقہ کو سابقہ شوہر کے بچوں کو بھی خود ہی پالنا پڑتا ہے۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق موریطانیا میں عقد نکاح کے دوران شوہر کہتا ہے کہ ”وہ اپنی بیوی کے نان نفقہ کا ذمہ دار نہیں۔ عورت اپنے معاملات کی خود ہی یا اس کا ولی ذمہ دار ہو گا۔“ اس کے بعد یہ شرط نکاح نامے میں درج کر لی جاتی ہے۔ اس شرط کے ساتھ عورت کو یہ اختیارحاصل ہوتا ہے کہ ”وہ نباہ نہ ہونے کی صورت میں خود ہی اپنی طلاق کا فیصلہ کرے گی۔“ اس شرط کی رو سے طلاق کا اختیار شوہر کے بجائے بیوی کو حاصل ہوتا ہے اور بیوی ذرا سی بات پر خود کو طلاق دے کر چلی جاتی ہے۔ اس لئے موریطانیہ میں طلاق کا رجحان بہت زیادہ ہے۔
