You must have heard about it, as it is becoming increasingly popular in west these days. It emphasizes food high in fat, moderate in protein & low in carbohydrates, while also incorporating intermittent fasting. Doesn't it sounds like A Keto Diet, It does but believe me, it’s Better, it’s Faster, Healthier & A modified version.

Coming from a dietitian, The Bullet Proof diet is an anti-inflammatory program for Hunger Free, Rapid Weight loss & Peak Performance.

By now you must be thinking what it actually is, It entail eating Keto food – High in fat low in carbs – For 5-6 days a week than having 1-2 carbs reefed days. On Keto days you get having 75% of calories from fat 20% from protein & 5% from carbs & on Carb reefed days you are encouraged to eat sweet potato, squash & white rice to increase daily intake of carbs approximately 50gm to < 300gm.

Need to add these Carb reefed days is to prevent the negative side associated with long-term Keto Diet that include constipation & Kidney Stones.

Bullet Proof diet incorporates intermittent fasting which is the practice of abstaining from food for designated periods. Not only this, it gives body steady energy with no crashes or slumps.
