O/E: patient is tachypnic and tachycardiac and decreased air entry and vocal resonance
Patient is explored on 5 day
Procedure: thoracotomy+ evacuation of hemothorax + decortication + rib fixation by platting done

Pectus carinatum is the deformity of the chest wall mostly due to deformed costal cartilages.
Age at which patient acheive maximum correction is between 13 to 17year
Modified Ravitch`s Procedure is done for its correction
