Saudi Arabia has introduced Milaf Cola, described as the world’s first soft drink made from premium dates. The product was developed by Thurath Al-Madina, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, and launched at the Riyadh Date Festival.

Milaf Cola contains no added sugar and uses the natural sweetness of dates as a healthier alternative to traditional sodas.

The launch supports Saudi Vision 2030 by promoting local industry and economic diversification.

The company plans to expand production and explore regional and international markets with more date-based beverages.
