سکھر نیا گوٹھ کا علاقہ
ضلع سکھر , علاقہ نیا گوٹھ میں ایک مکان کی کھدائی کے دوران ایک مجسمہ ملا ہے۔ اِس مجسمہ کے بارےمیں چند بُدھ مت کے پیروکاروں کا کہنا ہے کہ یہ مجسمہ نہیں بلکہ زندہ انسان ہے جس نے خُود کو سو سال کے لیے سُلا لیا ہے۔ یہ کسی بھی وقت جاگ سکتا ہے۔ ایک جانور کی کھال میں لپٹے اِس مجسمہ کے پاس ایک تحریر برآمد ہوئی جو کہ قدیم چائنیز زبان میں لکھی ہوئی ہے۔محکمہ آثار قدیمہ کے کارکنان اور نمائندگان نے اسکو پڑھنے اور سمجھنے کے لیئے چائنہ سے ایک وفد بلوایا جس نے یہ تحریر پڑھی
