Jest tuż obok. Zawsze.
A jednak dzięki nam jest mu gorzej z roku na rok, od stuleci.

Kocham zbierać grzyby (tak bardzo przydają się na Wigilię). Boli, gdy zamiast grzybów mam pełen kosz śmieci. Dzień sprzątania świata jest codziennie.

Las zawsze mówi "dziękuję" za te drobnostki, które dla Niego robimy.

Uwielbiam te stare drzewa, te z powyginanymi konarami, te które w części się zawaliły, a rosną. Są jak my. Nie poddają się. Dopóki ich nie wytniemy. Są bezbronne w obliczu Nas.

Just a forest.
It’s right next to us. Always nearby.
Still, thanks to us its life is getting worse day by day, from centuries.

I love the searching for mushrooms. It hurts me when I find more rubbish than the forest fruits. The day of the cleaning of the world can happen each day.

The forest always says "thank you" for every simple thing we’re doing for him.

I adore the old trees. Those already bent bunt still growing. They’re like us. They don’t give up. Till we'll cut them out.

The trees are defenceless once in face of us.

Do You love Christmas ? We do !

We live more and more comfortably. Heaving water at home is so normal (for the majority of people). Impossible now to live without it.
Living without a bathroom for two months under a tent in High Atlas mountains, each day, we both, transported water on foot, from the neighbouring village to our wild mountain hill with this unique view. It was fun. It was also a hard adventure.
How many days do you usually pass with only your face and hands washed? “Shower - place” construction was the first action after building a big, stone fireplace. Finally we could hang our cloths on an argan tree and use the bucket full of water, being sure that there is nobody seeing us. It was great on shiny days but on windy ones we felt cold. Not each day meant shower. It was during the total lockdown period. We needed a special permit to just go out home. We were lucky and had a choice. Liberty and nature or comforts of home in the center of Agadir. We have passed two months of non-stop activity holidays. Days starting from making fire to have some coffee :) Protecting the fire from wind was a must. We built a stone oven. I have loved waking with the sun and having breakfast with this view and only nature around. Days were full with doing simple things. Wood for the oven and fireplace were the day to day preoccupation.
I hope I will never forget the moment I have felt the real shower and hot water, at home in Agadir. I had known from years that water is precious, that we have less and less water in Souss Massa region and in so many places in the world. Now I remember how I have saved water during those two months in the nature. It wasn’t so obvious as to turn on the tap.

Nature - everybody’s small but day to day obligations.

Otwórzmy kuchenną szafkę i poszukajmy …. Goździków. Ich zapach tli się w świątecznym pierniku. Czy tak, poza tym lubisz goździki? Czy są w naszej kuchni?
Goździki lubią towarzystwo imbiru, kardamonu, cynamonu, liścia laurowego, gałki muszkatołowej i innych przypraw.
Goździki to moc aromatu. W zbyt dużej ilości zdominują smak.
Umieją jednak podkreślić smak innych afrodyzjaków. Dorzucajmy goździki, nie przesadzając :)
Piękne pąki drzewa Syzygium aromaticum, to moc eugenolu, który przeciwdziała stanom zapalnym, znieczula, jest bakteriobójczy, przeciwgrzybiczny i skuteczny w walce z wirusami. Goździki wzmacniają nas zimą. W aromaterapii goździki doceniane są także za działanie antydepresyjne.
Tak, poprawiają nam nastrój i zdrowie. Niszczą sporo z tego, co może nam zaszkodzić. Są składnikiem wzmacniających potraw, leczniczych mieszanek olejków eterycznych oraz naturalnych, relaksujących kadzideł.
Goździki zawierają aż 15% do 20% olejków eterycznych. Mielmy je na bieżąco lub używajmy całych, by te cenne substancje się nie ulotniły.
Goździki dodadzą aromatu i nuty pikantności w kuchni. Dodajmy do mięsa wolno duszonego, zup, piernika, kapusty, jabłek zapiekanych ….. Dorzućmy do herbaty lub kawy wraz z innymi charakternymi przyprawami. Moc smaku, zdrowia i wspaniałego samopoczucia w jednym.

Czy możemy naturalnie podnieść odporność?
Zioła i przyprawy składają się z stek substancji aktywnych. Nikt nie wie, jak współdziałają. Wiadomo, że współdziałają.
Olejek eteryczny cynamonowy zabija 99% bakterii, wirusów i grzybów. Naturalnie występuje w tym zwykłym cynamonie. Olejek goździkowy jest tuż za w skali mocy, a jednak delikatniejszy.
Goździki, przyprawy, zioła w naszej kuchni dodają nie tylko smaku.
