Maximum Genetic Potential
We help people maximize their genetic potential with applied fitness and lifestyle coaching🧬
Every year there’s a new “miracle” shortcut.
Yesterday it was one thing, today it’s Ozempic and peptides, tomorrow it’ll be something else.
That doesn’t automatically make them bad, many of these compounds have legitimate medical uses and can genuinely help people. But history should remind us to stay critical, informed, and cautious with anything promoted as a long-term solution before long-term data actually exists.
Some interventions reveal benefits quickly. Consequences sometimes take years or decades to fully understand.
Health is rarely built on trends.
It’s usually built on boring consistency:
sleep, nutrition, training, stress management, patience, and time.

You’d be surprised how much food and sodium you actually need before an endurance event 🍽️⚡
Most athletes go in underfueled and underhydrated… and only realize it when performance starts dropping.
Before long efforts, your body depends on two key things:
→ Carbohydrate availability (glycogen)
→ Proper fluid + sodium balance
If carbs are low → energy crashes early.
If sodium is low → higher risk of cramping, poor muscle contraction, and decreased performance.
This is where many people miss the mark.
A solid pre-event strategy should include:
→ A balanced meal a few hours before (carb-focused)
→ A small carb top-up closer to the start
→ Fluids with sodium (not just plain water)
Why sodium matters?
Because it helps:
→ Maintain fluid balance
→ Improve absorption of fluids
→ Support muscle function during long efforts
So yes… it might feel like a lot of food and more electrolytes than usual.
But you’re not eating and drinking to feel light — you’re doing it to perform.
Underfueling and underhydrating isn’t discipline… it’s a limitation.

Morning erections = a health signal.
They reflect:
• Good blood flow
• Healthy nerves
• Proper hormones
• Quality sleep
If they disappear consistently, look at:
❌ Sleep
❌ Stress
❌ Diet
❌ Training
❌ Late-night screens
Fix the basics:
âś… Lift heavy
âś… Eat real food
âś… Get sunlight
âś… Move daily
âś… Sleep better
Your body gives you feedback every morning.
Don’t ignore it.

📢 Historic Nutrition Reset 🇺🇸 — “Eat Real Food”
For the first time in decades, the USDA & HHS have overhauled federal dietary guidance to put whole, nutrient-dense foods back at the center of American health. This new framework prioritizes real protein, healthy fats, colorful produce & whole grains — and pushes back hard on added sugars and highly processed foods. It’s a clear, science-driven message to help prevent chronic disease, support everyday wellbeing, and reshape how families, schools, and communities eat.
