The caring and dedicated crew at our Gaza Soup Kitchen are weary and worn, yet they continue on, fueled by their commitment to one another and their mission. In a time when so little calls for optimism, this team is the glue holding each other together, finding purpose in the shared effort to bring comfort and sustenance to those in need.

Due to the overwhelming need for medical care, our team reopened the health clinic today in Mashrou' Beit Lahia.

Today, we were honored to serve these little ones, alongside 250 others in North Gaza. Though this location is slightly removed from the siege's epicenter, it's still under constant threat, with bombings continuing nearby. Every meal we provide is a small moment of relief in an overwhelming nightmare, and it’s a privilege to offer some comfort in these difficult times.

In Al Zawaydah, the photos from today’s meal are heartening, yet they don’t fully capture the dedication of the crew who show up each day to create delicious, nourishing dishes against all odds. Their work is like shining a light in an incredibly dark room, bringing hope and warmth to those who need it most.

Today at Al Zawaydah, we served a comforting, hearty Palestinian Maftool with all the traditional trimmings. Huge thanks to Chef Amani and blessings to Chef Omar, Rania, Alaa, as well as Mohanned and Abed, for their dedication and hard work.
