Appreciate that you have the opportunity to get fit. You may have to prepare your meals, but many have no meals to prepare. You might struggle to find time with work, but many don’t have work to find time around. Weights and cardio take effort, but many cannot lift their weight from their wheelchair or bed, let alone do cardio.
YOU ARE PRIVILEGED. Let that be your motivation.❤️❤️❤️

I've said it many times before... but..
Stop saying you are CHEATING when you eat something that is not very healthy!
You are not married to your food!
It doesn't have moral value. It's just food!
You can have some of anything!

Recently a new client asked me how many calories she had burned in an hour of weight training.
Without waiting for an answer, she said: “ About six hundred, right?”
People completely overestimate the power of exercises when it comes to weight loss!
She was so disappointed when I told her that maybe 200.
Of course weight training increases your metabolism, so you will burn more calories through the day.
Still, tracking calories is key.
Out job is not only train out clients, but also educate them.

Yes, you can lose weight without exercising.
I don’t recommend it, because you will lose a lot of muscle and get flabby.
And yes, you can exercise hours a day, seven days a week, and not lose, or even gain weight. All you need to do is to eat more than you burn, which is not hard, since most people overestimate the amount of calories we use when we exercise.
Diet is key. It sucks, but it’s true 😫😫😫
