Terra & Amor-Vegetarian adventures

I decided to create this page to share a little bit of my io-io life experience as well as my changes about how i see diets and food. Since i was a child i suffered with bullying at school, my colleagues called me really ugly names until one day, when i was 11, i said to myself that i would start a diet and that happened next day, i only ate an apple all day long. Since that moment i started with my anorexia, i lost many kgs in a short period of time , i didn't eat properly, my growth stopped, and suddenly i was in descending spiral of emotions and health. little by little with doctors help i started to eat a little better, but until now, and i am 27 years now, i have up and downs with food and now i suffer with binge eating, which i fight against everyday.. I did many io-io diets, fashion diets, the restrictive diets but as everybody know it is not good for our health, and these diets lead us to some behaviors such as binge eating, for example. A diet is not a diet, is a way of living, a choose for a better life since the industries and companies are always filling us with poison, and food that is not real food. Now after four years of binge eating, and after have won 10kg extra, i am going to start a new way of eating, a new relationship with food, ally with exercises, no more restrictive diets, no more brain wash diets and poisoned food, just real food with real ingredients, no meat, and no dairy products also.
