I want to congratulate him for all the work done in these 3 weeks of preparation. It was a brief preparation because that was not his goal, to compete. He got the 5th place in the category men's physique 181cm among very well trained athletes. I specify the fact that he came clean without doping.
Good luck in the future and to as many victories as possible, now you know what to do next.🙏

At the nationals, I reached my best shape so far with a percentage of less than 7% fat. The preparation was done naturally without substances or other anabolics.

Ieri am participat la granprix la culturism juniori mari 80kg unde am reusit sa ma calific in finala si am ocupat locul 10 . Au fost 15 sportivi foarte bine pregatiti insa nu consider un esec acest concurs pentru mine , il consider o experienta ,o victorie . Este un alt nivel ,stiti bine ce fel de sportivi vin la acest GP care sunt “pe ele” , dar indiferent de acest lucru cu totii avem aceeasi rutina (munca,disciplina..)
Acest concurs nu a fost planificat de catre antrenorul meu , avand doar 10zile de pregatire din data de 13.09.2022 ,insa am avut doar de invatat .
Cu toate acestea , aici este victoria (sa-ti dai seama de propriile greseli pentru a te auto depasi )
Va multumesc tututor care m-ati sustinut si m-ati ajutat in toate aceste pregatiri din acest an , in primul rand atrenorului meu care a fost mereu langa mine si m-a ajutat sa imi schimb putin gandirea despre acest sport “culturism”.
